These Terms of Service govern your use of the website energycareerjob.top (the “Site”) and the offerings provided by EnergyCareerJob.

1. Services

EnergyCareerJob provides career development consultancy, workshops, and webinars tailored to the energy sector (collectively, the “Services”).

1.1 Booking and Payment

All Services require full payment at the time of booking. Fees are displayed on the Site and are payable through the available payment channels.

1.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule a Service by contacting us at Contact Us. If you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled session, you will receive a full refund via the original payment channel. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are not eligible for a refund due to the preparation and allocation of resources required.

2. Information Products

Information products (“Info-Products”) include digital guides, e-learning modules, and other downloadable resources focused on career advancement in the energy sector.

Upon successful payment, Info-Products are delivered instantly via download or access link. Due to the nature of digital delivery, Info-Products are final sale and are not eligible for refund once access has been granted, as they cannot be returned or revoked.

3. Goods

EnergyCareerJob may offer branded materials, print media, and other physical items (“Goods”).

3.1 Returns and Refunds

You may return Goods in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at Contact Us. Once the returned items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment channel within 14 days. Any shipping charges paid at purchase are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the Goods are defective.

4. Extended Refund Policy

EnergyCareerJob is committed to customer satisfaction across all offerings. Refunds will be processed via the same payment channel used for the purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• Services: Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the session. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 7 days’ notice.
• Info-Products: Not eligible for refund after delivery, as digital content cannot be reclaimed.
• Goods: Eligible for return and refund under section 3.1.
